The note (an accent on "and") is a bank document that notifies the partner or the client about the conduct of any banking transaction. In fact, the advice is an invoice for the provision of banking services or a document reporting a refusal to provide them. The Italian word "avviso" can be translated into Russian as "notice".
A well-known story with false advice, on which the Chechen authorities in the early 1990s transferred billions of rubles from the Russian treasury to their accounts - one of the most vivid cases of mentioning this word in the domestic press.
